How it works
Not every solution is available for each property. First, we discuss the details about your property and your individual circumstances along with timelines available before offering our soultion.
Once we agree, you sign a formal offer. We then work with a Title company or a closing attorney begin the paperwork needed in order to sell or transfer ownershp. Depending on the path chosen there may be inspections required, title search, and other pre-closing activities.
Once all the documents are ready, this varies by the chosen solution, but ultimatly we review, we sign, funds get distrubuted, the deed is transfered to the new owner and recorded at the county. That's it.
